BeTechno Lab provides custom web application development, website development, AI solutions, and consulting services. We strive for high quality but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Users agree to provide accurate and complete information and to cooperate fully throughout the project. You will ensure that content you provide does not infringe third-party rights or violate any laws.
All work produced by BeTechno Lab remains our intellectual property until full payment is made, at which point rights transfer as agreed in the contract. Clients must not copy, modify, or redistribute content without permission.
Project costs and payment schedules will be clearly detailed in contracts or proposals. Payments should be made timely to avoid project delays. Late payments may incur interest or suspension of services.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information disclosed during the project. This obligation continues after termination.
BeTechno Lab provides services “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee specific results or performance.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BeTechno Lab and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeTechno Lab’s liability for any damages arising from use of our services is limited to the amount you have paid for the services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Due to the custom nature of our services, refunds are generally not provided. If you are dissatisfied, please contact us to discuss the issue. We will work to resolve problems in good faith.
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination, you agree to pay for all work performed up to the termination date. We may suspend services if payments are overdue or if Terms are breached.
These Terms are governed by the laws of California. Any disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration or the courts of USA.
